We recruit university students from all backgrounds to work within the organisation to co-ordinate the GCDP and GIP.
Present in over 110 countries and territories and with over 80,000 members, AIESEC is the world's largest youth-run organisation. Focused on providing a platform for youth leadership development, AIESEC offers young people the opportunity to participate in international internships and volunteerships, experience leadership and participate in a global learning environment. What makes AIESEC unique is the youth driven impactful experience that it offers to its members. AIESEC is run by young people for young people, enabling a strong experience to all its stakeholders.
By joining the local committee at the University of New South Wales, you will gain practical experiences in areas such as sales, finance, marketing or event management whilst developing your soft-skills in meetings, conferences and seminars with team members across Australia. Members within the organisation are given real responsibilities from day one and also take on leadership positions over time. Our alumni network is recognised around the world, which provides for excellent networking opportunities in the future.

What we look for
We recruit university students from all backgrounds who align with the organisation's goals and values. Specifically, we are seeking proactive and committed potential leaders who are passionate about social issues and open to new ideas. Participants from the GCDP and GIP are preferable and these participants are given the opportunity to join as team members before official recruitment. We encourage you to research our organisation thoroughly through the AIESEC International website before submitting an application for the Team Member Program (TMP).
