What is AIESEC?

AIESEC is a youth leadership development organisation with a focus on international exchange.

AIESEC being the world's largest youth organisation is present in over 1700 universities in more than 107 countries and territories. AIESEC acts as an international platform for young people to explore and develop their leadership potential so as to have a positive impact in society.

Each year, AIESEC runs more than 470 youth conferences, offer more than 5000 overseas opportunities and more than 7500 leadership positions for our members. Together with a focus on building personal networks and exploring the direction and ambition of their future, AIESEC has an innovative approach to engage and develop young people.
