AIESEC UNSW's Refer-A-Friend program is implemented as follows:

Should an exchange participant of AIESEC UNSW introduce another individual to AIESEC UNSW's exchange program, the first exchange participant (the referee) will be eligible for a 10% discount on their administration fee of $600, payable after their return from the exchange.

Definitions:

Referee refers to the first exchange participant who has introduced another individual to the AIESEC UNSW exchange program.

Referred refers to the exchange participant who has been introduced to the AIESEC UNSW exchange program by the first exchange participant, and is successful in their application.

The Refer-A-Friend program is subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. The Refer-A-Friend discount is applicable to AIESEC UNSW exchange participants only. Other AIESEC institutions may or may not have this offer.

a) Both the referee and referred must participate in the AIESEC exchange program through AIESEC UNSW.

b) Should either participant undergo the exchange program with a branch of AIESEC other than UNSW, the referee is not eligible for a discount.

2. An individual is only eligible to be a referee and hence receive a discount if they themselves have passed the interview and successfully attained an exchange position with an overseas branch of AIESEC, and have been contracted to participate in the exchange program.

3. An individual will only be recognised as referred after passing the interview and successfully attaining an exchange position with an overseas branch of AIESEC, and have been contracted to participate in the exchange program.

4. The referred individual may only nominate one individual as their referee.

5. There may be no cross referral, e.g. if individual A nominates individual B as their referee, then individual B cannot nominate individual A as their referee.

6. A referee may only receive a 10% discount for each individual referred, up to a fifty percent discount.

7. A referee will be reimbursed by AIESEC UNSW within two months after returning from exchange.

8. A referee may only be reimbursed for referrals made within a year. Both individuals must be contracted to the exchange program within a year of one another.
